Life is all about making choices...

This blog reflects the various thoughts that comes into my mind from time to time when I work, play, sleep that is basically live my life. It has got no connection with anyone, but primarily what I think and the way I percieve the world. It might appear junk to someone, valuable to others...so take it the way you want.

Managing Attitude...

Wondered how much your attitude affects people around you? If you are observant enough, you would notice the fact that people react to your attitude towards them, towards problems, towards situations and so on. We often neglect the same and this sometimes cause reflections which we fail to understand and comprehend.

Newton's Law is applicable when it comes to interactions with another person. Our minds are truly flexible and hence we do tend to absorb a lot with every situation around us. Sometimes, our minds reaches that optimal stretched point beyond which it can't absorb, it just reverts, reciprocates with all the same magnitude it has absorbed. However if we understand the limit of a person to absorb and we manage the limit well, you can manage a situation much more efficiently than otherwise. Neglecting the same can lead to the whole effort being nullified.

Sometimes, your attitude can be inspirational. People around you shall appreciate the fact that you have a positive attitude towards someone, some situation or whatever it may be. They will respect you for your mental strength and capability to hold it together and face it with a positive attitude. So that's another way of using your attitude to your benefits. However, overdoing it, just for appreciation can negate the whole aspect, so choosing the optimal level of attitude is the key.

To summarize, our attitude defines the person we truly are and reflects our personality. We can make mistakes, we can get carried away, but there isn't any harm to correct ourself, to make sure it doesn't happen again. The true realization of mistake is enough to prevent it from committing it again.

About Problems & Solutions...

While watching television, came across this statement -

"When you know the solution to a problem, there is nothing to worry about. When you don't know the solution, you can't do anything, so why worry about it"

The statement can be debated, but what it actually implies is the fact that you can't solve a problem by merely worrying about it. Someone once said, the funeral pyre burns a human body, but worries burns a human soul and it's more dangerous than the funeral, which turns a body to ashes.

So often people want to know what is the best way to solve a problem? Isn't the term best relative? What is best for them, may not be great for someone else in whatever respect it may be. So instead of finding the best solution, we should try to find what is the solution we can achieve by causing the least problem for everyone related to a problem. This way we are automatically cutting down the resistances and making our solution feasible and easy to implement.

Its believed that every problem has a solution, all we need to do is put in our efforts to find it, doesn't matter if we know or don't know about the existence of the solution. We shouldn't worry about the consequences more than the fact that it shouldn't cause inconvenience to others. We should be open to soak up the pressure or inconvenience if required, because the solutions might actually make you forget what went into achieving it.

Another theory is sleeping over it, that is postponing it from the moment of heat. Often when we are faced with a challenge or problem, we deal with it directly. It would be way better to postpone the solving process if the delay doesn't intensify the problem. A fresh mind works better on a problem than a tired mind. So literally get some sleep over the problem and morning you are fresh to find the solution. It works.
