Life is all about making choices...

This blog reflects the various thoughts that comes into my mind from time to time when I work, play, sleep that is basically live my life. It has got no connection with anyone, but primarily what I think and the way I percieve the world. It might appear junk to someone, valuable to others...so take it the way you want.

Over the last few days, some questions came to the forefront, answers to which are difficult to find, because it depends on the perspective of individuals themselves and hence not something we can generalize. Still, guess it's possible to bring out the possibilities...

Why is it so difficult to stand up for what you believe in?

Honestly, your true character shows when you stand up for what you believe in, not for what you are made to believe in. This is primarily because every individual has a different way of perceiving things and situations, but every one does have their own beliefs and convictions. Hence, they should focus on following them, because unless you do that, all your life you will keep on justifying your decision to yourself and the same will make neither happy. You got to deal with the situation in line with what you believe in, which may be tough, challenging, but since your heart is with it, you will sail through, despite all the obstacles that might come your way.

How much should we consider for our-self and for those who get affected by our decision?

This is possibly the most tough question to answer since we often fail to balance our own aspirations and others around us. The key is to find that balance and not just be biased one way or the other. Its difficult, but we can get close to doing it a justice once we set our mind to do that. It will give us a lot to justify either way, else we always live with a question in mind. Is it worth it?
