The Turmoil

It's been a while I got back to writing and here I am back when a turmoil seems to be brewing for a while. The turmoil exists within us when we have to make a choice between two extremes and we often find ourselves in a helpless situation, not sure what is the right thing to do. Under such circumstances, we normally end up making mistakes since we often get biased one way or the other.

Life is sometimes too tough and often throws us challenges which are too difficult for us to handle. So we try to avoid it, try to push it, never confront it. This is possibly most people do when they are faced with challenge or question. Later we find out that we made a mistake but by then, life has moved on and we are left behind.

So the question is how do we really handle such a turmoil? The answer lies within us. We are all alone in this world at the end of the day and we have to justify to ourselves the decisions we make in our lives. We don't have to do it to anyone else. If we think we owe it to someone else, it's an illusion and the sooner we get out of it, sooner the better.

Let's confront it. Whatever gives us more happiness let's take it. If we end up hurting someone we need to see if we can make up for that. Its never possible to make everyone happy, so we have to see what and how much other people make a difference in our lives to figure out the decision we should make.

Life is too short to keep it in turmoil, it's time to act and move on...
